SHIPPING INFORMATION

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We find the best available rates to ship your order using 3 major shipping carriers. For large orders we will get the best quote from several trucking companies to ship a pallet.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do. We can ship directly to you or we can ship to your freight forwarder. Customers will be responsible for all import duties, taxes and brokerage fees.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major credit cards. You can also pay by wire transfer or ACH.

How do I place an Order?

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can easily set up an account with us. All we need is your company name, billing/shipping address, contact name, email and phone number as well your resale tax id number.

How Do I Track My Order?

Your tracking number is located at the bottom of your invoice. If you can ‘t find it give us a call and we will look it up for you.

What is the minimum order?

If you call in or email your order there is no minimum. Orders through the website there is a $300 minimum order.

How are the sunglasses packaged?

All sunglasses are packaged in a box and sold per dozen with 3-7 color variations. Except our premium line of Hawaiian Island Creations and Mia Nova.

How Can I Return a Product?

West Coast Sunglasses 30 days easy returns allows you to return or exchange product in it’s original condition. Returns must be received within 30 days of your order and for ANY reason. No questions asked. You also have 30 days from purchase date to request and start the refund process. Simply email info@westcoastsunglasses.com, ship the items to 625 S. Missouri Ave, FL 33756 and you will be refunded in the full amount via the method of payment used at the time of your purchase. Typical refund completion might take up to 3-5 business days depending on the method of payment used at the time of purchase. If for any reason your product arrived damaged, contact us! We will mail you a FREE return label.
